It's fast and simple
We’re delighted that you are thinking of registering with us.
We are able to accept registrations from patients all across England. However, if you live outside of our practice area, we advise that you read about the out of area scheme before registering.
When you register with us we like to get a good idea of who you are as a person and what we can do to help you. For this reason, we ask all new patients to complete a brief new patient questionnaire. This helps us to get a clearer picture of your health and who you are until we are able to get access to your full medical record which can sometimes take a few weeks to follow you.
We recognise that you will be just as keen to get to know us, as we are to get to know you. So, when you register we will give you a new patient pack which will provide you with all the details you need to know about how to use the services we offer, an introduction to our team, how to get more involved with us through the patient participation group, and what to do if you’re not happy with the treatment you receive.
Usually, registration is quick and simple and you will be able to book an appointment the same day that you register if you wish. If you’re new to the area and don’t intend on staying long, you can even register with us as a temporary patient.

There are very limited circumstances where a patient cannot be registered at a GP practice and if you feel concerned that we have got the decision wrong, then please let us know.
We do not accept registrations for children under the age of 16 without the registration of their legal guardian also.
