Appointment booking at The Oakwood Surgery is quick and easy.

When you speak to our reception team they will ask you about your problem. This is to help give our doctors an idea of what you need and how urgently your problem needs to be dealt with. They will ask you for your telephone number so that a Doctor can call you back.
Shortly after, one of our doctors will call you back and to try to help. Your consultation may be over the telephone but if required, the doctor will arrange an appointment via video link or face to face. We will offer you an appointment based on your availability and need. Most patients prefer to be seen on the same day but we can also offer appointment booking for some point in the future.
